Health and well-being product specialist Verman Oy moved to new premises in summer 2022. The move from Kerava to Vantaa also enabled fully modernising office technology to meet the company’s needs. DESK was tasked with designing and implementing a complete solution that included, for example, various conference solutions, a smart glass as a room divider and many other technologies to facilitate work.

Verman employs a large number of professionals from different fields, united by a passion for well-being and health. It was particularly important for the project to recognise that office technology also supports staff well-being. The importance of a work environment is reflected in the interesting details of Verman’s premises, such as a well-equipped gym or a refreshing green wall. In addition, the technology in the 1.5-storey office is designed to support users’ needs as much as possible. 

The project was carried out together with DESK from the design phase to staff training. The design phase started well before the move, which allowed for the full integration of office technology into the furniture during the refurbishment of the premises. The new premises were tailored to the needs of Verman’s staff.

Now Verman’s premises offer comfortable and well-equipped meeting and conference rooms, where meetings can be held both on-site and remotely. A variety of multifunctional spaces are suitable for working both alone and together, and modern AV technology supports day-to-day processes. The package has met the needs of the organisation and Verman has been satisfied with the delivered solution.
